Second Sunday of Easter – Holy Humor Sunday

John tells of the events after Easter that led the disciples from paralyzing fear to great joy in the Gospel lesson – John 20: 19-31.

Today is Holy Humor Sunday so wear your bright colors and funny hats and be prepared to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We will be receiving new members. Spirit and Children’s Music and Movement will be singing. Today we will also be welcoming members of the Junior Fire Company who will be assisting us in a practice emergency evacuation drill.
