After many years of planning and construction (and delays, they are inevitable, right?), we are proud to unveil our beautiful Downtown Community Room and the additional spaces created.  Our vision was to create a unique, multi-purpose space that could be utilized by those in and around Frederick County.  Truly no other venue like it exists in the Downtown Frederick area.

ERUCC has added a 4,000 square foot Community Room, restrooms, commercial kitchen, and five break out, multi-purpose meeting rooms to host groups of many sizes.  The addition of a high tech audio visual system in our Community Room will enhance any event hosted there. (speakers, professional sound board, projectors).   We encourage you to take a quick tour of our spaces below and complete an inquiry form to express interest.  We are booking events for the remainder of 2018 and into 2019!  Don’t Miss Out!

  • Indicate your space need. To select multiple rooms, use the CTRL key and the mouse click.
  • Room Layout, I.E. Dinner, Meeting, theater style
  • To select more than one, hold down CTRL and click all items needed.
  • If alcohol is being served you will need at least 30 days to prepare for the liquor license. Please call the liquor board: 301-600-2984 for instructions. https://www.frederickcountymd.gov/1291/Liquor-Board A license IS required when alcoholic beverages are sold. This includes, but is not limited to: - A cash bar - Included in the price of a ticket or entry fee (set fee or donation) - For purchase of a ticket or token to exchange for an alcoholic beverage - An event where everything is free, but a donation of any amount is required. A license is NOT required for: - An event that is BYOB - Wedding reception or an open house or some type of event where the host is providing all the alcoholic beverages, and no fee of any type is charged to attend.
