Kelly Esslinger graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education for Spanish K-12 and a minor in music (focusing on flute). She was a member of the Kutztown University Marching Unit and a flute ensemble for 6 semesters. She is a Brother of Kappa Kappa Psi (National Honorary Band Fraternity) and an inductee of Sigma Delta Pi (National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society). She actively participated in Kutztown’s Zumba classes and clubs such as Students Promoting Acts of Recycling at Kutztown (SPARK) and Housing and Residence Life.
Here in Frederick Kelly’s first friends were made at ERUCC. Her mother, grandfather, and aunt have all worked as UCC pastors with Pastor Daniel in some capacity and so it was a no-brainer to immediately select ERUCC as her spiritual home. The members and activities of the church substantiated her decision. From New York City, to Isabella’s, all the way down to Washington, D.C., she has seen what it means to “be the church” and aspires to uphold such activism. She looks forward to a bright future at ERUCC!
